 Dream Magic Before going to bed, fill a small glass with water, hold it with both hands near your heart. State an affirmation such as – ”My dreams are vivid.” Drink half the water. Place the glass somewhere safe nearby. In the morning, take the half full glass of water and hold it again with both your hands near your heart. Repeat another affirmation - ”I now remember my dreams in vivid colour and detail.” Drink the remaining water. With practice, you’ll begin to remember more details of your dreams.
